Lenora Haughton asks, on the Help Page, "Who makes army training
films currently? Who made the army training films in Vietnam?

Army Pictorial Center was operational
during most of the Vietnam War, until APC closed in 1970.
Its motion picture crews travelled to Vietnam to produce
training and documentary films, and it used film from military
photographers in Vietnam.
During this era the Army operated
Southeast Asia Pictorial Center, SEAPIC, at Long Binh, for
motion picture coverage of the war.
