I arrived at the Pic Center in November 1963 and was discharged (Ft. Hamilton) on June 10, 1966. I was a cost accountant in TV working for Ed Greene. The unit was commanded by Col. Hugh Oppenheimer. In late '65 the TV unit was split with a contingent staying on at the Pic Center and the remainder being sent to Tobyhanna, Pa. Originally, we were all assigned to Special Services, but later wore the patch of the Army Material Command. Bruce Hugo Updated June 11, 2019.
