Southeast Asia Pictorial Center was a photographic operation at Long Binh, Vietnam.

Kenneth B. Butler [airclean@gvtc.com] opened the door to listing personnel assigned to SEAPIC:  I desire to submit my name to the site of those who have served with SEAPIC.  My Name is Kenneth B. Butler, SFC, U.S. Army, retired.  I served with SEAPIC, Long Binh, Vietnam, March 1969 - January 1970, as a still photographer.  My friend, SFC Kenneth Puckett was SEAPIC's NCOIC.
